If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped.
Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange are available only for selected products. Please refer to the product page for specific return/exchange eligibility. Policies for individual products may be updated without prior notice. - Self-Shipping:
If pickup service is not available in your area, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address. - Charges:
Return and exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
Important Notes for Returns
- The item must be unused and unworn to maintain hygiene standards.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return/exchange requests must be received within the return period specified on the product page. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
